Why this website?
The reasons for not using Facebook exclusively.
[] These are my main concerns, and I will add to list as time goes on!
- Facebook can shut the facebook group down for any reason (It has happen to others) and that will shatter the community. We don't have any other contact detail for members.
- Facebook / Fakebook has become a cesspool of fraudsters, lairs and con-artist. I think we can better police that here.
- People don't like the AI tracking and advertisement pushing and data sharing
- This is our own server,no AI, Bots, we have total control over what happens to who.
