Auction Rules
1.    All auctions must have a clear start and end time and date.
2.    The winning bid will be last highest bid made.
3.    The outcome is final; any disputes need to be escalated to the moderators.
4.    Should two of the same bids be made at the exact same time, the first one will be the winning bid.
5.    The time stamp on the server will be the only time accepted.
6.    The winning bid must be paid within 24 hours.
7.    If a blank bid/comment is received, it will be considered as a valid bid with the next incremental price value.
8.    Only bids will be accepted, DMs, etc., will not be considered a valid bid.
9.    If a auction closes at 20:00:00, the last bid accepted can only be made at 19:59:59; any bids after that time will not be considered.
